all pens are sealed with FDA complaint epoxy resin.  

Do not put in dough - use a wet cloth to wipe clean if they get dirty.  

Preparation time for pens is 1-2 weeks then shipping time from there.  

All shipping is USPS with tracking so you can see your item once it is shipped.  

***Please note once your item is handed over to USPS for shipping it is out of my hands and I have no control over how fast or slow or the location of your order.  Any claims that need to be addressed with shipping will have to be taken up with usps at the post office or online at usps.com.***
