The timelines listed above are an accurate idea of processing times for items that ARE NOT ready to ship items. All items are handmade and with such, take time to create.  Shipping time could be shorter or longer depending on the time of year, for example- Holiday's, Graduation season etc.  If you have an issue with your time line please reach out to me and I will discuss it further with you.  All items will be shipped USPS with tracking so you will be able to see all tracking of your purchase after it ships. PLEASE NOTE: Once your item is turned over to USPS it is out of my hands and I cannot control how fast it travels or how it is handled. Claims for lost or damaged items can be made at the USPS website using your tracking number. I can assist with any questions you may have should this problem arise.

Glittered/epoxied tumblers are made with FDA Compliant epoxy resin. If you have a known allergy to epoxy I do not recommend you purchasing that product. Epoxy is very durable but will crack or break if not handled correctly. Please make sure to read Care instructions for your items to get the most life out of them. 

Here is a little information about me and why I started my business:

I decided to start my own business after the sudden passing of my father. He was always on the go finding new projects to occupy his time and keep himself feeling great. He constantly supported my creative mind since I was a little girl. Telling me I could create anything if I was patient and put my mind to it. He also had the best sense of humor of anyone I've ever known, so I decided to let his humor guide my journey and my creative mind.  Making people smile and laugh are some of the qualities that are most important to me. I pride myself on exceptional customer service, and I truly enjoy creating custom orders. SO if there is something you do not see or a question you might have, feel free to message me.
